Cinquieme As

2LP.

Warner Music France is extremely proud to announce the milestone reissue of one of French rap’s greatest masterpieces: ”5ème AS” by MC Solaar. Twenty-five years after its historic wave, this iconic album will be back in stores on September 18. Originally released in 2001, ”5ème AS” is an album of both popular and critical acclaim.  Driven by lyrics of rare finesse, razor-sharp rhymes, and unequaled production richness, the album sold hundreds of thousands of copies, earning a memorable double-platinum certification !

From the essential and melancholic ”Solaar Pleure” to the anthem of hope ”La Vie est Belle,” not to mention the radiant energy of ”Hasta la Vista,” every single track makes this record a timeless classic. With ’5ème AS’, MC Solaar proved that rap is a major literary force.
